• Adult Plan (15 Years and Older) – $295/benefit year/member.

Our offices participate with PPO dental insurance plans and accept ALL major credit cards and CareCredit. Our insurance coordinators routinely assist our patients in understanding how they can maximize their insurance benefits and get the most from their dental “investment”.
